My husband and I recently purchased a home in Beau Coast in Beaufort NC  Lugean Hogan was referred to us from an employee at American Home Shield who works with real estate agents in your area. As we live across the county this was the only way to get first-hand information about agents in the Beaufort area.  I am so glad we took that recommendation as Lugean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Lugean received my phone call from Iowa with the same courteous generous nature that she exhibited throughout the entire process and after.  Many real estate agents will close on a home and walk away.  Not Lugean!
