This will shock some but this was our 24th move and through the years we have NEVER had a realtor who was as caring and attentive as Lugean. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Beau Coast in Beaufort NC  Lugean Hogan was referred to us from an employee at American Home Shield who works with real estate agents in your area. As we live across the county this was the only way to get first-hand information about agents in the Beaufort area.  I am so glad we took that recommendation as Lugean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Lugean received my phone call from Iowa with the same courteous generous nature that she exhibited throughout the entire process and after.  Many real estate agents will close on a home and walk away.  Not Lugean! We needed support locally for setting up our home into a vacation rental once we closed on the property.  Lugean offered to help us in this process and she did just that and more.  She set up our appointment with Ann Holloway from Bluewater vacation rental office. I may also mention that she too has been exceptional to work with.  Lugean set up quotes from local insurance agents within the first 24 hours and we ended up going with Sam O'Berry also with Bluewater as his customer service and knowledge exceeded other agents. Lugean gave us contacts with local people who could do work for us from installing blinds TV's and ceiling fans to managing appointments walkthroughs and contractors.  Lugean Hogan helped us buy a Single-Family home in 2014 for approximately $725K in Newport NC.My husband and I had the good fortune to work with Lugean Hogan when looking for our new home in Carteret County. She showed us the homes which we had seen online and requested to see and several she thought we might like as well. One of the homes we saw became our #1 choice. It was a foreclosure which had gone to auction. We went back to her office and placed a bid. We went through 3 rounds of bids but lost to another party. Had the property listed with another local realtor that was not as eager to help the seller and did not try as Lugean did.
